Moving too much

I have a moving problem.  I move things around in my house constantly!  My daughter has had 3 (about to be 4) beds in her short, 2 1/2 years of life.  I constantly change my mind. I want to re-paint everything...

My husband always says he is glad he is not blind.

Things to dodge in my house:  furniture...you never know where it's going to be when you come home, 3 Jack Russell Terriers, toddler, toddler toys, my shoes (because I can not make it to the closet before they come off), and toddler shoes (what can I say, she takes after me)!

It's a dangerous place to be in the dark!

Photoshop

I am a *virgin* when it comes to Photoshop.  I have self taught will some help from co-workers.

I am ADDICTED.  Here are a few things I have made:

Toddler bed turned into Bench

Yesterday, I came home from work and found a beauty lying out by the neighbors trash.  Luckily, the trash truck didn't take it with them.

It's a highly used, dog chewed, broken pieces, perfect little white toddler bed!!

In it's original state, it looked something like above.

I will transform this beauty into a toddler bed!
Coming soon!!!
Here is my inspiration:

Baby "M" blanket

I had the pleasure of making this blanket for a sweet friend that delivered her baby girl on April 12, 2011.

I love to sew baby blankets.

Felt Stockings

I was tired of our Christmas Stockings and wanted to jazz them up a little with each of our style...

The first...I was just playing around and ended up LOVING the layered look.
The puppy pink is for our Princess dog, Squirrel.
The red/black is for our male dog (aka-party police), Cuda. This is not my favorite, but the next to last made.

This rock-n-roll stlye was my first to make and it turned out fitting my oldest step-son perfectly!
He's a rock-n-roll kind of guy...

Gender Announcement Cupcake

My sweet friend is finding out the gender of her baby and we made color filled cupcakes to announce the gender to her family and friends!

The above card will compliment the package instructing friends/family of which cupcake to bite into!
We took Yellow Cake (because plain white cake is not as good) filled the cupcakes with a spot of pink or blue.  The icing will have blue and pink sprinkles on top!

You can see we dotted each cupcake. See the pregnant belly? LOVE IT!!

Filled the rest with plain cake mix.

We tested each color and there is an obvious pink or blue middle!!

What a cute way to send the message!

It's a BOY!!!

We all got a text telling us to eat the A or B......

What fun!
And, the cupcakes were delicious too.
